Lady Dragon Soccer is living by the motto "200 feet" which means focus on what's 200 feet in front of you, not the end game or who is or isn't in the lineup.

Tonight's game was a perfect example of that motto. LDS could not present its normal starting 11 but put together a nice workman like victory over Eaton to advance 200 feet in front of them - thank you very much - 4-1 W. We'll take the 200 feet.

Madi Drenowatz got the game winner tonight which for the 2nd straight game was the opening goal as the Lady Dragons never trailed. Then Taylor Tufts got on the board with one of her two on the night. And then she followed up with her second. Karina Owens chipped in the final goal of the night.

The Lady Dragons (13-1-2 and 4-1-1) are now off Friday as they draw the 5-6A BYE game. They will return to action on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at Timber Creek HS.
