There is not a doubt left in the world anymore - there will be postseason basketball in the SLC! Your Lady Dragons and our first year coach and our two seniors, who were honored in a pre-game ceremony, are all headed to the playoffs.

SLC, 17-15 and 9-4 defeated V.R. Eaton tonight 42-23 and for the first time in three years officially punched their ticket to the UIL state playoffs. If everything breaks right for this Cinderella group they can finish as high as second or if things go another way as low as fourth.

But this is for another night. All that is important right now is that your Lady Dragons are back in the playoffs and honored a pair of special seniors tonight in Caitlyn DeNicola and Rachel Seyler. Congratulations everyone.
